Cape Fear Automation now has complete control over the entire machine building process. We can fulfill custom contracts for clients in a wide variety of industries. Our machine building capabilities range from simple assembly fixtures to complex, fully automatic assemblies with vision systems and robotics.

We have worked on a hydraulic crimper, machining and replacing steel tool parts including the Blanchard plates. These parts were problematic causing the machine to not run properly. We were also requested to clean the power unit of the machine

We were contracted to build a blast cabinet designed to fit a 52″ turn table. The cabinet was outfitted with room at the back for blast nozzles. We also needed to finish tooling blocks that locate parts on the table.

Our team was called to tear down and rebuild two test stands. We also had to adjust the electrical components and housing for the project, leaving the client with a more streamlined housing unit. Their main plate was sent for regrinding and surfacing along with some other parts.
